How do I prove my age?


If you have a logicvapes.co.uk account, you have three options:


1. Once you are logged in to your account on logicvapes.co.uk you can complete the online form at 'Step 3' of the checkout process next time you place an order. You will need to supply either your full name and address as they appear on the Electoral Roll, or your full driver’s license or passport details. This will allow us to instantly confirm your age, and should not add any delay to your order.
2. If you would prefer, you can email a scanned copy of your driver's license or passport identity page to our contact centre on info@logicvapes.co.uk, along with your account name. You will need to send the email from the same address as you used to create your logicvapes.co.uk account, and the name and address on your driver's license or passport will need to match with your logicvapes.co.uk account. We aim to process your email within one working day, but you will not be able to place an order until your account has been successfully age confirmed.
3. You can also speak with a member of our contact centre team during their opening hours, and they can talk you through the age verification process fully. To do this you can either call them on +44 (0) 800 1123401 or request a call-back by selecting a convenient time for us to call you. As with option two above, you will not be able to place an order until your account has been successfully age confirmed.

You will need to supply your full name and address as they appear on the Electoral Roll. This will allow us to instantly confirm your age and should not add any delay to your order.
