Why do I need to confirm my age?

The UK, England and Wales prohibits the sale of e-cigarettes to under 18's. We strongly support this regulation to ensure nicotine containing products are only used by adults over the age of 18.

When can I confirm my age?

We’ll need to confirm your age before you are able to purchase from Once your age has been verified your account will be set up and you won’t need to do this again when you purchase.

How can I confirm my age?

We confirm your age using a third party supplier (GBG Plc) who are a trusted provider that can check the details you provide us against a number of data sources including; the Electoral Roll, driving license and/or passport.

You can use the Electoral Roll, your passport or driving license number to verify your age.

  • As part of setting up your account you will be asked to supply either your full name and address as they appear on the Electoral Roll, or your driver’s license number or passport number. This will allow us to instantly confirm your age if successful, your account will be created and you can continue with your purchase.

  • If we aren’t able to confirm your age via the website or you’d prefer to do this over the phone call our Customer Contact team on 0800 112 3401. Or you can request a call-back at a time that’s convenient for you. Please note you won’t be able to place an order until your age has successfully been verified.

How will my details be used?

The details you provide us (name, address, driving license and/or passport details) will be sent to GBG Plc. for them to confirm your age against a database during the checkout process. Your details are not stored by GBG Plc.
