USING YOUR VAPE

Voltage is one of the factors that effects the amount of vapour you get. The greater the voltage, the higher the temperature, meaning more vapour.

Original, Logic CURV, Logic PRO and Logic Compact all have fixed power settings - 3.7 Ohm.

Logic LQD is an open tank device that allows you to select from two power settings high (4.2P Ohm) and low (3.7 Ohm). This allows you to customise your vaping experience.

The liquid level in the capsule might be checked from time to time while vaping. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any further concerns.

The battery on all Logic products has been designed to last for one day between charges. This can vary depending on how much you vape and how you recharge the battery.

We recommend charging the battery fully before unplugging for a better performance and duration. Logic batteries should last around 300 charges before they need to be replaced. Used batteries should be disposed of responsibly and in accordance with local regulations.

Normally this means you need to charge it up – especially if it only flashes when you’re trying to inhale. If charging doesn’t stop the flashing, the battery might need replacing.

If you have replaced the battery and the issue continues, please call our customer service team on 0800 1123401  and we’ll be happy to help.

There could be a couple of reasons for this.

First check if the battery needs charging. If it’s fully charged then try a new Refill or Capsule.

If you’ve done both these things, and it’s still not working, then the battery could need replacing - they do need to be replaced after around 300 charge cycles.
