How do I prove my age?

If you have a account, you have two options:

1. To make a purchase on you must create an account, which involves verifying your age. This can be completed via the online age verification service on the Create Account page. You will need to supply either your full name and address as they appear on the Electoral Roll, or your full driver’s license or passport details. This will allow us to instantly confirm your age, and should not add any delay to your order.

2. You can also speak with a member of our Customer Contact Team during their opening hours, and they can talk you through the age verification process fully. To do this you can either call them on 0800 1123401 or request a call-back by selecting a convenient time for us to call you. As with option one above, you will not be able to place an order until your account has been successfully age confirmed.
