Why am I not getting any vapour?

There could be a couple of reasons for this. First check if the battery needs charging. If it’s fully charged then try a new Refill or Capsule. If you’ve done both these things, and it’s still not working, then the battery could need replacing - they do need to be replaced after around 300 charge cycles.
